DESCRIPTION:CI is collaborating with Tui Tuia-Learning Circle to introduce a teachers’ workshop featured with Kuaibanshu. \nIntended for Chinese language teachers of all year levels, this workshop aims to introduce you the Chinese Folk Storytelling art form, 快板书 kuàibǎnshū.\n快板书 kuàibǎnshū is a traditional Chinese rap art, which belongs to the Chinese folk art rhyme genre, a form of Chinese narrative singing accompanied by a pair of clappers.\nMr Li Li, an artist of Kuaiban, will demonstrate the traditional Chinese instrument, bamboo clappers, and talk with the teachers on how to effectively integrate this cultural element into the lessons.\nThe contact person for the workshop is Dr Lan Dai, Chinese National Language Advisor.\n
