On 21st September, nearly 50 candidates from the Oceania region participated in the CTCSOL (Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) written exam, held online. This exam is a key milestone for aspiring Chinese language teachers, offering them the opportunity to gain internationally recognised certification.

Passing the written and interview exams demonstrates a candidate’s proficiency in language pedagogy and opens doors to teaching opportunities. Certified educators are well-equipped to support students in their Chinese language journey and to promote cross-cultural understanding.

As the demand for Chinese language education continues to grow globally, obtaining the CTCSOL certification is becoming an essential credential for educators.  As the written exam concluded, we extend our best wishes to all the candidates and hope that your preparation yields the desired results.
