Congratulations to Annabelle Jessop who won the first place in Tertiary Category of this year's Auckland Chinese Bridge Speech Competition.
Amber Chu-Shing, Year 13 student from Hamilton's Hillcrest High School, became the first regional winner qualified to the NZ National Chinese Bridge Speech Competition.
Auckland's first HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) in 2019 was successfully held on April 14, with a total of 127 participants sitting one of HSK’s six exam levels.
On 22 March, a special award presentation was held at Meadowbank School to honour the two hundred students who took part in the YCT (Youth Chinese Test) last November. All of them passed with fantastic results. Twelve high achievers received their awards and YCT certificates in the assembly.
